These extras can be attached to any programme. They are priced separately so you only pay for what your team actually needs.
Ongoing monthly coaching
A 45-minute one-to-one coaching session each month with one of our trainers, conducted via video call. Minimum commitment is three months. Designed for managers who want sustained support as they embed new habits. Sessions are scheduled flexibly around the participant's diary.
Bespoke scenario development
We interview three to five people in your organisation to understand real challenges, then write custom scenarios that reflect your industry, culture, and common friction points. This replaces our standard scenario pack and makes practice sessions feel immediately relevant.
Post-programme impact report
Eight weeks after the programme, we survey participants and their direct reports to measure behaviour change. You receive a written report summarising what shifted, what did not, and our recommendations for next steps. Useful for justifying L&D spend to senior stakeholders.
Volume and multi-programme discounts
If you are booking more than one cohort or combining programmes, we offer the following discounts. These apply automatically; you do not need to negotiate.
- Book 2 cohorts of any programme in the same calendar year: 10% off the second cohort.
- Book 3 or more cohorts: 15% off every cohort from the third onwards.
- Combine two different programmes for the same organisation: 5% off the total.
- Charities and not-for-profits receive a standing 10% discount on all programmes.
Invoices are issued on booking confirmation and payment is due within 30 days. We accept bank transfer and company credit card. If your organisation requires a purchase order process, let us know and we will work with your finance team.
